Cucumber Lemon Mint Juice Recipe

Weight Loss, Detox, Cooling and Hydrating

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 2 tsp Mint Leaves
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes
Method:
  • Mix all ingredients in a grinder
  • Strain the Juice by adding cold water.
  • Garnish with Mint Leaves.
  • Serve Chilled.
  • Enjoy!

  • Cucumber lemon juice is packed with full of Vitamin-K which makes it perfect for bones and teeth as well as blood circulation.
Tips:
  • Customize quantity of ingredients as per your location climatic conditions. 
  • For a very hot climate (40 degrees above) 1 cup lemon juice is good. 
  • Reduce the quantity accordingly.
