Eid Special Recipe Restaurant Style Chicken Dum Biryani

Ingredients:

For Marination:
Chicken : 1 kg
Yougurt : 500 gram
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tablespoon
Green chilli paste : 2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder : 3 teaspoon
Biryani masala : 3 tablespoon
Whole cummin : 1 teaspoon
Salt : 1 teaspoon
Orange Red colour : 1/4 teaspoon
Oil : 4 tablespoon

For Rice:
Rice : 1 kg
Salt : 3 tablespoon
White vinegar : 3 tablespoon

Assembling:
Potatoes : 500 gram
Tomatoes : 3 slice
Brown onion : 2
Green chilli : 6 chop
Coriander chopped : 4 tablespoon
Salt : 1 teaspoon
Cloves : 6
Whole black peper : 12
Javitri : 1 flower
Badian patels
{badiyan ke phool} : 5 patels
All spice powder
{garam masala} : 1 teaspoon
Orange food colour
{zarda colour} : 1/4 teaspoon
Oil 1 cup
Clarified butter
{ghee} : 2 tablespoon

Method:
– Marinate the chicken with all ingredients for about 2 to 3 hour.
– Boli the rice. Cook half done.
– Take a cooking pan add 2 tablespoon oil add potatoes than add marinated chicken now add cloves, black peper, javitari,badian k phool,tomatoes round slice, than sprinkle all spice powder {garam masala powder} add brown onion ,green chilli chop,coriander chop.
– Now add all the boiled rice sprinkle salt than add oil 1/2 cup, orange food colour {zarda colour},add clarified butter {ghee} and sprinkle coriander 1 tablespoon cover it.
– Cook first 10 minutes on medioum heat than 20 minutes on low heat.
– When the pan full with steam now the biryani is done.
